Once upon a time (in the spring of 2009) two dads – artist Norm Magnusson and media entrepreneur/computer geek Paul Millman – joined forces to create Fish the Mouse Media. Tired of the same-old computer-generated images, canned sound effects and generic music you see in lots of applications for kids, they decided to raise the bar. Their mission: call on the original talents of celebrated artists, designers and performers to create fine art-inspired educational apps that are so cool kids won’t even realize they’re learning.
Paul Millman, Chief Chipmunk
Paul Millman is a new media entrepreneur, and an all (most) things Apple fan boy. For more than 10 years, Paul has been involved in traditional publishing and new media. Among other projects, he served as associate publisher of The Onion, and founded ARRAY Magazine, a unique shelter magazine covering the world of interior design, lifestyle, and culture. He is currently the principal and creative director of SideTrip Media in New York City. Paul spends much of his free time hanging out with his two favorite beta testers – Owen & Andie.
